The Department is led by Imad Gemayel, who brings over three decades of expertise in reinsurance claims management, leading complex projects and high-value settlements across global markets, providing expert oversight and strategic direction to ensure the highest standards of service and reliability. Alongside his professional role, he shares his knowledge as a lecturer at one of Lebanon’s top universities, reinforcing his commitment to industry excellence and education.
