Facultative Senior Account Executive | Cyber

Role Purpose

Swan Re is looking for a Reinsurance Broker to join its fast-growing facultative Cyber Insurance team.

This client-facing role offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative team environment, servicing existing accounts, and contributing to new business production and product development.

The place of work is Lebanon & UAE.

 

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Achieve high client satisfaction by managing the placement, renewal, and servicing insurance and reinsurance contracts.
  • Assess customer needs to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Provide prompt, personalized, and professional service to clients.
  • Identify new business opportunities contributing to continuous growth and expansion of the Cyber Lines reinsurance portfolio along targeted prospects and existing clients.
  • Negotiate and follow-up with reinsurers to obtain the best commission fees, competitive terms, and conditions and block market capacity.
  • Liaise with clients and markets for day-to-day account queries.
  • Participate and assist in new facultative broking production and placing new business in the Cyber Lines Department.
  • Prepare reinsurance slips and endorsements related to accounts as per our internal systems and files ensuring operational efficiency and compliance adherence.
  • Stay informed about industry trends in insurance and reinsurance markets.

Experience:

  • Reinsurance client facing experience required, either from a broker or carrier background.
  • Preferably experience in the Cyber reinsurance industry, though candidates with backgrounds in other reinsurance lines—such as Specialty, Property, or Casualty—will also be considered.
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 2-3 years relevant experience.
